If the accomodation is free, you will need to pay £100 to confirm your booking and the balance of the rent 30 days before the start of your stay.

Cheques should be made payable to Simon Barber and sent to 15 College Avenue, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 6AR.

We need to allow enough time to prepare the accomodation for each new stay and so we ask people to abide by the change over times. These are:

Arrival (unless otherwise negotiated prior to stay) should not before 4.00pm.

Leaving time is 10:00am on your last day.
